Why Do I Coach Ironman Triathletes

I find that we only have a few moments in life, outside the day to day grind to truly define ourselves. Training for an Ironman whether it just be 1 or 100, provides ample opportunities for you to see, to transform, or to honor who you really are. It's just not another sport, it's a way of life. Training for and being an Ironman allows you to know yourself better, than any point in your life. Call it what you want, but there's nothing more enlightening than hearing the word's "You are an Ironman" from Riley as you cross the finish line. Never more awake, never more alive! -
